The tree carvings in Orr Park actually have a bit of ghostly history to them. The local Indians used to carve figures of spirits they had seen into trees this way. It was believed that if you carve the spirit into the tree it would be at peace. Well the thing is that some of these tree carvings actually have spirits attached to them.
Some of the tree carvings if you put your hands on them and close your eyes you can feel the spirit in your body. Some

will say this is not a safe thing to do because the spirits may possess you but it does work.

Comment by Anon: No Mr. Tingle carves those trees. He started after he blizzard of 93. He also carved the stump outside eclipse. His art deserves to be accredited to him.
