The ghost of Atwood Branch. There is a tale of a girl around the age of 20 that roams Atwood Branch. She is said to be wearing a red outfit with a sword through her head from the Civil War. I've never seen her but there has been two reports of people seeing her.
One was my dad when he was outside checking things by the creek and he said he saw her walking through the creek hollering ''help!''.

My co-worker told me it works and so 10/26/14 me and my boyfriend had to find outfit ourselves. My friend her boyfriend who was from Mt hope and his brother tried it and they saw a black figure with pale bony fingers and red eyes.

My dad, my friend, and I went on a Friday night to Henry Hill about 9:30 pm. We have never been there before just going back and forth seeing if we were really going downhill or uphill. We were just really trying to see how it was possible. Well, my dad was letting me drive the last time. We were going to let Henry push us up the hill or whatever you want to say it is. We got to the top of the hill and it was kind of an opening in the trees. We had stopped to exchange seats to let my dad drive to go home.
As he got out of the truck leaving his (passenger) door wide open, him walking in front of the truck almost at the driver door, me opening the driver door, and me just stepping out of the truck; we heard a little girl screaming. It was as if she was getting killed. It was coming out of the opening, so I took off to the other side of the truck and jumped into the passenger side yelling ''go go go go!'' We took off. Then we turned around and went back to see if anything was there in the same spot. We heard it again, so then we turned around again to go back and recorded it, it would not do it again. The only times we weren't video or audio recording was the only times we heard it. We went back the following night. We brought two more of my friends to see if we could hear. Then we went back up the hill in neutral, and we never did hear them.
