One night 12 years ago me, my dad, and my 2 brothers went on a camping trip in the woods. Later that night around 11:17 pm. We heard screaming and laughing that sounded like it was coming from little kids, and we also saw shadow people walking around.
Since that night sometimes I will see shadow people walking around and I will often hear screaming but not much laughing.

Late at night usually on the weekends since that has been the only time I have really ever been in downtown Newville that late. Hwy 173 runs right through the small town. Around that hwy late at night you can hear screams and loud laughter.

Very frightening!!! I believe the screams come from the regulars who lost their game of pool and the eerie laughter is from the redneck that beat him! So spooky!! Really? No ghosts maybe a skunk or opossum.
