In the Pell City Cepa there has been a sighting of the dark shadow of a man that passed in the building about the time it was being built. They say when any plays or events that take place in the auditorium he will turn the lights out or cause the mics to mess up.
Also they hear a girl crying over the intercom when it's left on.

I have lived in Wattsville near Pell City for seventeen years. I have seen a few black masses, small orbs, heard a few strange things, and woke up to a small girl dressed in 1880 clothing/black and white a few years ago right before a good friend of mine got shot in the head by a bully! Only a few things, this place is haunted.

I used to live in a brick house over in Eden 5th Street north. Throughout the entire time living there I always felt uneasy. The bedroom to the far right of the house (if you face the house from the drive way) was always cold.
The master bedroom (and bath) always made you feel as though you were being watched. The thing that really made me believe it was haunted was waking up to shadowy figures moving about my ceiling and the booted footsteps that used to pace up and down the hall when everyone was asleep.
