I can't explain waking one morning hearing what I thought was my husband in our hall walking around getting ready for work. I called him on our nextel asked if he was still here he was miles away on his way to work.
I have heard and saw strange things happen here before I was really frightened got up doors were locked searched around can't explain our house is a hundred years old or so we had just moved in and remodeling.

There was a mass murder at the old Riverside koa Camp Grounds in the early 80's. The now Highlands neighborhood is now built on this land. Before the neighborhood was built you could hear screams at the top of the old hill where the community pool once stood.
At sunrise you can smell an odor that smell like burnt flesh. I have not heard much lately since the neighborhood was built.
