There was a man who died by suicide and house fire near south railroad in the area of 13th Street Bridge and 1st Avenue. Any info on the day date or name. We believe his ghost is present.

I had the experience that still scares me today! It was on Woodland Drive in Ladonia. I was driving down late one night around 2 am and almost to the end where it dead ends into Sandfort Road. In the darkest part of it I saw very huge white wings to my right coming out of the woods. It hit my car and shook hard. I almost lost control of the car. I continued home very upset. I woke my husband to tell him. He said it was probably a owl, so I got up the next morning and checked my car before going to the grocery store. There was nothing. There were no scratches, dents, feathers, or fur!

Next weekend on a Sunday coming back from the store, there was a wrecked car that went off the road into a little gully. It killed one person! Afterwards there have been numerous fatal accidents on that same area, some I could see getting hurt but other ones I can't see how. I believe there was something there with big white wings taking lives.

Comment by Dave: I met up with a similar white owl. On Opelika Rd. About 9 at night. It showed up out of nowhere spread it's wings and just sat there in the road staring me down. I swerved to avoid it but I know I had to have hit but there was no damage to my car.
This thing was big enough that if I had hit it there would have been damage to my car.
Comment by Dave: At the intersection of Opelika Road and LR 240 there was a big white owl with its wings spread out. It just sat there. I know I hit it, but I had no damage to my car. I went back to look for a body the next day, and there was none. This was about. 9:30 at night.
