Some people say you can hear a train in Piedmont even though there is not one. (they used to be one. ) I can hear at night the conductor yelling and I hear a train horn only on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Comment by Boke831: I used to hear the train horn at all different times. Day and night. In different parts of the town. One night sitting on Barlow St. me and a friend sat and listened to the train go by, it was so real. The train had been gone for many years at the time.
