I was rather new to the south when this happened. I took my dog for a walk about 9:00 pm and it was raining slightly. I was trying to balance an umbrella and his leash at the same time. I was entering a very dark section of our development when I saw dark figures gathering like they were about to march towards me. As they came closer they became vapor and disappeared.
