There's a mountain in Ragland. I heard that a bunch of slaves lived there on the top of the highest mountain in Ragland. You have to wait until right before daylight, and the kkk burned and hung newly freed slaves.
Every time I visit I see lights that make it look like Birmingham, but there's nothing close to you. Then there are lights coming up the mountain towards you. You can see the light off of a rock, and it looks like candlelight. I swear I

Me my husband my cousin n her husband were all in the old cemetery just found a year or so ago in Ragland Alabama behind the cement plant. When we were all standing still with flashlights off to listen for any noises.
When my cousins husband turns around and just yells out he turned white like he saw a ghost. He said I swear on my life I just saw a figure of an old man in an old uniform like a cornel or something or army man.
