Bromley Rd 6/12/2010 in Stapleton, AL. A woman dressed in all black with antique looking clothes on with very blonde hair approached a car looking for Highway 31. Highway 31 was in front of her, she walked to the nearby gas station and circled the aisle six times and asked for Highway 31, which the gas station was on, Highway 31 .
She would not show her face. She left and the clerks immediately went to the door to see where she was going and she had
