Back in February 1997 my then-husband and I bought a house on North Hook Street in Tuscumbia. We immediately felt a ''presence'' in the house, but since we were strong Christians we were not afraid. We moved into the house both excited to start our new life in our house, but within a week we were at each other's throats constantly. We began to hear footsteps walking through the house, knocking in the walls, and loud scary music every night when we went

to bed. Once I went outside to find out which neighbor was playing the loud music, but there was no sound outside. It was perfectly quiet out there. The

music was coming from inside the house, but there was no radio, TV, or stereo on. We heard crashing sounds like boxes falling at the other end of the house, but when we would investigate everything was in place. We heard a large pipe fall onto the floor in the basement, but when we went down there we found that it had not fallen.
Most of the sounds we heard, other than the ones we heard nightly when we were in bed, only got worse when we began
