My family has owned a house in Tuscumbia since before I was born. Two family members have passed away in the living room in the same place and one suicide was attempted there as well. There is no feeling of evil or ill will except two incidents.
My ex sister-in-law woke up one morning with scratches on her in places she couldn't reach. No way she did it herself. The second happened to her also. She was on her way into the kitchen and was

pushed to the ground breaking the dishes she was taking to the kitchen.
Needless to say no one in the family really cared for her. Makes you wonder...

Two of the rooms in the house were used as a field hospital during the Civil War. You can hear footsteps at night when everything is still, we think it may be a sentry on watch unaware that his time is long over.
Occasionally you can see odd lights toward the woods and creek. Rooms have been added the house has grown into a home. Just a beautiful old house with unexplained noises lights and an occasional orb or mist.
