Winfield: three bridge bottom there is a place near Wal-Mart called dead man's woods. There is believed to be sightings of a man who slaughtered people on his land. Finally the town of Winfield found out who was killing who was killing all these victims.
He was then hanged. It is said that the ghost of the man still walks the grounds searching for his next victim to get revenge. This is dated back to the 1800s.

One night I was in my bed when all of the sudden I woke up and I went to get a glass of water. I went back to bed and I was staring at my mirror and I saw a scary face.
