We used to live in an apartment on Snug Harbor Drive for two years. We lived in the downstairs apartment and the upstairs one had been vacant since we moved in in 2005. Every night we would hear footsteps upstairs and what sounded like someone dragging a chair around in circle.
This would last for about half an hour at a time but it always happened after midnight. When we had visitors or relatives visiting us they would hear these too. We had no

explanation for this. We asked the manager of the place but she didn't know any history of the complex.
We moved out in 2007 in the summer not because

the noises but for the job offer somewhere else. We liked the place just feel spooky sometimes when we think about it. Does anyone have the same experience or know of any info it'd be fun to read.

I live where is a power grid problem without a reason to a point the power company waits and see before fixing it or not. Well in my apartment this is hard to explain I had had pops lick small fire works fly off my stove burners.
