Both my mom and I have seen an apparition of a woman in early 1900s era clothing walking down Victoria St between Knights and Moon. We have seen her multiple times. She does not seem to ever notice nor pay us any attention so I'd say she is a neutral or friendly spirit.
We have seen her with what appears to be a male apparition as well although the male is much blurrier. Very interesting especially because we've seen this woman multiple times.

One night I was driving home from a late movie with my boyfriend. We were on Lakewood right before crossing the train tracks when all of a sudden there was a gigantic black dog right in front of my car.
I slammed on the brakes and braced for impact, but just as quickly as the dog appeared it was gone. We even stopped to look for it to make sure it hadn't been hurt, but it was nowhere to be found.
