I don't have any pictures, sorry, but in the Mondex (that country part of Bunnell) there is a street called Wateroak Rd. There is a bridge across from Hibiscus on Wateroak Rd where I saw the incident. My friend and I were going for a walk late at night and decided to go under the bridge.
When we went down there we just sat on the dirt talking, but then something touched my back. At first I freaked out because I thought it was a bug. But when

I turned around there was a person, not exactly though, they weren't transparent but more faded I guess.
Ever since then I've stayed away from there.

Maybe a week later my friend went back there to see if anything would happen to her. (I should have said we are both young, I'm 14 and she's 16.) I didn't go with her, I stayed home.
When she came back she said she saw something at the road where the bridge is. I asked her what she saw and she told me she saw the shape of a human shorter than her (she's 5'4) but thin. It disappeared after maybe 10 seconds of looking at it.
That's what I saw.
