My daughter was coloring and watching TV and she went to get juice and there was a tall man in 1900s clothing and smoking a pipe and she could smell cigarette scent and then he waved. Then he disappeared. My daughter sees him often. She's the only one who can see him. I and my boyfriend can hear his foot steps.

In my house we were playing in the garage when there was this banging and no one was out there. Also I've been seeing strange figures around the house. I was getting dressed, and after I got dressed the clothes started moving.

There were no animals in the room. This has also happened at other houses. Sometimes the animals start freaking out for nothing. Please help us figure out what this is.
