My family and I have just moved into a house we are renting and we really like the house but strange things have started happening... (these things are not new to us as it seems everywhere we have lived there has been problems with ghosts which all started after my daughter was born 13 years ago). First time was in Georgia and I would smell cigarette smoke back by my kids rooms and our dog one day was freaking out barking at the hallway leading

to those rooms. My daughter then 2 walked past the dog looked up and waved and said ''hi'' to whomever it was she saw!! Things like the TV getting unplugged

when you would have to move the wall unit out to do so, the smoke smell and my son then 5 waking me up and asking why his daddy was standing on his bed while his father was fast asleep next to me...
We found out from neighbors that the couple who lived there before us moved out shortly after their 19 year old son died suddenly in a car crash and they couldn't bear to live there anymore. I found out he had lived in my sons room across from my daughters
