Man I am never staying in the upstairs guest room alone again. The windows shook and rattled there were footsteps in the hall and when the lights were out I saw scary visions. Now I can't determine if they were real or imagined but they were weird and scary.
Like nothing I have ever experienced before.

I have experienced the ''voice'' myself many times in this home. One time I was in the home getting something out of the refrigerator. As I was closing the door, I heard very clearly and distinctly a whisper ''it's all right. '' Others have heard this specific phrase as well. The comment is at least a positive one though it is quite disconcerting. I know of several people who have heard whispers in this room, the old butler's pantry room.

I have also heard my name whispered on more than one occasion when there was absolutely no one around. I can't even count all the times that lights in the home have just inexplicably turned on. There have been more than several occasions while watching television in the bedroom. The bed side table lamp has just turned on, and let me tell you that is very unnerving to be in the dark watching TV, and suddenly the lights just come on.
Another occurrence happened when we were watching TV again in the bedroom. We suddenly heard voices in the house. It was truly frightening. My husband got up to check it out, and the entire sound system in the living room had just ''turned on. '' It was very loud, and no there were no timers or anything of that nature that could have turned the system on.
On another occasion my husband and I were sitting at the kitchen table with a friend from across the street. We were waiting for another couple to show up who were running late. All of a sudden we saw what appeared to be our friend who is very tall with dark hair walking up the side walkway out the kitchen window. He was visible from the dining table, and then we heard him knock at the back door. We all thought it was weird that he would come to the back door as he never had before. I got up to let him in, and there was no one there. We all three saw it and heard it. We were all really freaked out when about five minutes later he pulled into the driveway with his wife. And yes, I am the other owner of this home.
