The whole area has always been full of activity. The house I lived in down the street from the courts had a little boy that moved through the house. Typically dressed in powder blue turn of the century kind of outfit.
Now the house itself was newer than that but the place directly across from the tennis courts on the Minneola side of them was built as one of the first houses of Clermont. Stories told in town claim most of that land in that area originally belonged

to the parcel of land for the old house.
The local Baptist church of course moved the Gable house somewhere else when I was a teen in order to

build some fancy recreation center. I no longer lived over there at that time. I have also seen ghosts inside the building for the tennis courts and on the shuffleboard courts.
When the Gable house was empty for a long time I would walk past it and see figures in the upstairs windows.
