These events have happened over a span of years since I've been living in my house. I've been here all my life, but it wasn't until the past three years where I finally understood what has happened and what is happening. It started when I was little.
The house is a two-story on Montrose, and in the basement our family has heard pots and pans dropping off of shelves and seen the mess afterwards. We always thought nothing of it. Then months later in my room I heard a small knock. Being little and curious, I knocked back twice. There were two knocks following it. The wall the knocks came from is facing the outside where there are no rooms joining it.

A couple of months passed, and my older brother called for me with excitement in his voice saying he saw a boy outside of our living room window waving for him. I ignored it and thought we might have a new playmate even though my brother believed he was a ghost. He was way into everything Sci-Fi related.

Years down the road I was out around nine at night in my scooter riding up and down our street with my older friend watching. I passed the daycare/church's bushes and heard whispering and rustling of the bush. Thinking it was a person I dropped my scooter and ran to my friend telling her to come back with me to get it because we thought someone was there. We never took eyes off the bush the whole time, yet when we got the scooter back there was still no one in the bush. I had a harsh sleep that night.
A week later we went to the tennis courts not far from water front with our dog, and he constantly got distracted while we played. I tried to see what he was seeing but only got more and more uncomfortable. Finally when we were leaving out of the corner of my eye I saw some lanky black figure walking across the court. I shrugged it off and stuck close to my dog.
Moving on to the things that I witnessed firsthand that made me truly believe. I started seeing things out of the corner of my eye. Things that were tall, short, lanky, and average. They would run past like children or a rushing adult. Those things lasted for about three months then faded.
