I know he has never gone back to that place and I refuse to go. The building has been rumored to be haunted and has since been sold.

Apartment on Metro Parkway, it's a two bedroom apartment. There is a heavy feeling when you enter the master bedroom farthest away from the door. The room was my daughter's room and she would have nothing but night terrors in that room.

She would wake up and tell me the light would turn on in her bathroom and tell her to get out of the house. At first I thought it was her imagination until I slept in her room one day and sent her to her grandmother's house.

I had a hard time sleeping and kept waking up with cold chills, and when I woke up all the lights where on in the whole apartment. I went around to investigate to see if someone had broken into the house for some reason. I went to the front door and the door of my daughter's room slammed shut and the lights in the room shut off immediately.
This continued until the day we moved. This place is known for shootings and murders, it looks like a nice place to live but even the pizza delivery man won't deliver past 7 pm.
