We owned a small ranch in Lake City, Florida in 2005. While the moving company was unloading the furniture I took a load of books to put in the library. As I went through the music room and up 2 steps through the sun room I looked through the dining room. In the archway between the dining room and living room a man was standing dressed in black. He appeared to be holding a black book. At first I thought it was one of the workers. He was just standing there

doing nothing.
Suddenly I realized it was no worker. I looked at this slim man under 6 feet, and I yelled at him ''what are you doing in my house?

Get the hell out of my house. '' He disappeared, but he was always there in the living room. His presence was well felt. I started asking about who died there, and I was told that the seller's father had built the fancy fire place and died sitting in front of the fire in the living room. His spirit was always there.
The house was huge, and we seldom used the living room. Our son was visiting us in May 2006. His beautiful dog named Mandy lay at
