Comment by Midna: Was this on Jameson Road? Because if it was maybe the figure was Lilly.
Comment by Anonymous: No, it was off 640 (Lithia Pinecrest Road). Really spooky stuff. The figure was plain to me to be a man. I could go right back to that exact spot today. I imagine what we saw that night is still there, and it's been years since that happened. My email is cckj6185 @ gmail. com if someone wants to try to look into whatever the hell that was we saw. I'll tell you the location.

I've heard occasional ghost train freight horns while living in Fishhawk. Sometimes at day but mostly in the middle of the night. Old CSX transportation tracks used to run through the woods behind my neighborhood, but as far as I know those tracks were removed in the late 1980s, and a train hasn't moved through here since. I don't know about any accidents on those tracks, but I'm beginning to suspect it might be the ghost of an ill-fated train.

Comment by DJ: On the report about the CSX trackage, where was the tracks located? And if so contact a local railfan or former CSX employee from the 1980s. If so, could you send up a train camera on the old ROW? .
Comment by DJ: Was it a steam locomotive horn (I can't spell the other) or a diesel horn? Did you find anything about what happened?.
