The house I am talking about is in Lithia outside of Plant City about 10 miles south. We moved here 8 years ago and at first there were some scary little things and it was kind of cool. They say when you renovate you stir things up a bit and that is just what we did.
I have never had a bad feeling, always the opposite. The elderly couple who lived here before most say were very good to know, peculiar though. I kept a special plate I found in one

of the cupboards of the woman's dishes and still have it in our home on display to acknowledge that respect, after all this was hers long before it was

ours.
No other problems since, maybe lights going on and off sometimes. We have newly wired the house and it has been inspected many times by professionals although we have yet to be able to have smoke alarms in the house.
Every time we do they go off every morning between 3-4 am, and every Christmas season at least once we have blue lights shine under our bedroom door.
