Since then we have had lots of things go missing and turn up back in the first place you looked. There were lots of electronic oddities such as an alarm going off in the middle of the night using a ringtone other than the one you have selected. While I don't think our ghost is dangerous, he is rather annoying. I have had the most success in getting him to leave us alone by threatening him and yelling

at him. I'm sure he'll act up again, but as long as he leaves us alone for the most part I'm okay sharing the house with him.

I grew up on Maine Avenue in Longwood. My father used to drive me to and from my job at a restaurant on 436 (I was 17 and did not have a car yet. This is in 1988.) One night after closing the restaurant (around 11:00 pm) we were returning home, taking 427 (now Ronald Regan Parkway.) I had my hand out the window, waving it in the night breeze.
