This happened one night back in the early 70s before Wellington was completed. Where on the road used to end there was a dirt pile that ended the main and only road into Wellington. I drove back there with someone for some alone time. We turned off the engine and sat there talking. All of a sudden there was a light from behind the dirt pile. It came up over the car. It was blinding, so we thought it was a sheriff chopper. There was no sound, just a bright

light. I stared the car. By the time I got in second gear, I looked in the rear view mirror and saw that it went back up a short way and disappeared just

like it appeared. We went back again in the daylight and couldn't believe what had happened. There were a canal and woods on both sides. Spooky.

I was walking down the street from our house when suddenly I heard footsteps. I looked up to see a mist floating quickly down the road away from me. That was the last time I had an experience. I was 15 at the time.
