We purchased a home in the Hampton homes neighborhood back in 1998. There has always been a bad vibe here; neighbors don't talk to you. There is such a bad vibe here. A short time after we moved in here my wife of 10 years and I divorced. Most of the people I have met here on the island spread false rumors and are jerks.
2 years ago one of my best friends died here at my house. I constantly see black shadows out of the corner of my eye, especially

at night. Am I going crazy or is this island full of angry spirits? I recently poured salt in all four corners of the house and believe it or not, it

has seemed to help!.

Comment by Laura: I'm on Cocoa Beach, and it's exactly the same way. It feels like ''fighting to survive'' with all the noises, bangs, lights, voices, screams, weird things that happen, constant black shadows, and things out the corner of your eye. I have never lived in such a paranormally active place.

I used to work at the Tony Roma's restaurant in front of the Wal-Mart in early to mid 2000s. I saw many spirits in there. I saw plates move on their own and even water get turned off in a sink.
