We started to get the chills and goose numbs so we decided to turn around. Out of nowhere we saw head lights behind us and it was gaining on us. When we turned backing 17th we watched to see if we saw the car drive past or turn but it just vanished.
Today we went back to see if the same thing would happen again and sure enough it did.

Me and my friends were all using our iPod touches and phones at school during recess (I'm in 5th grade) and we were all looking for apps on the app store when all of our electric stuff started going crazy and then just completely shutdown and wouldn't turn back on.
Then we all felt a chill and we saw mist and weird hazy shapes on the nearby baseball field. But no one else saw because they were playing basketball.
