I am curious about any activity in the New Port Richey Library. My family and I entered, and I spotted and nodded to a very friendly black woman wearing a hat and reading a book. She appeared to be about 65-70 years old. We then passed her because we went upstairs. The next time I went in there, she was there again reading a book. She looked up at all of my children and husband and smiled at them. I was sort of puzzled why my children didn't acknowledge

her friendly smile. I nodded at her and smiled.
A week or so later we were discussing the history of the library and talking about some vibes we

get from it. I brought up the friendly old lady and casually mentioned her as being one of the more unusual standout patrons, just thinking my kids would say ''oh, yea, her. '' But they said ''What old black lady?''
Nobody saw her. TWICE! I couldn't believe it. I said to my family ''but we walked past her, she was so friendly, unlike most of the people on the first floor. '' She smiled at each one of you. You didn't see her?!? Anyway, next time
