At my grandfather's viewing my grandfather appeared to my 5 year old daughter. I only left her for a minute and he sat down beside her. I made her sit in the back away from the body. He told her not to be afraid but asked her to be quiet so he could hear what people were saying.
She did not tell me about it until she was older. He also appeared to another relative at his house that evening.
