As a ''sensitive'', the last place I wanted to rent on behalf of my company was a building that was already ''occupied''. Problem is, the tenant still occupying this space isn't human, and often I wonder if ''he'' ever was. The incidences started when I rented one small office space on the first floor at the far end of this building near the courthouse and Sheriff's dept. In Okeechobee (city and county, not blvd. ) and often when working alone late nights and weekends, I would catch a glimpse out of the corner of my eye of a shadow peeking around the corner of my interior office or feel like I was being watched constantly.

I dismissed this feeling for a few weeks, then, as I spent more time there, I was starting to see more vivid apparitions, who I came to call the ''Fedora'' man, because it seemed like he was wearing a fedora or old fancy hat like a business man in the 30s-50s eras. As my staff grew, others would make off hand and randomly joking remarks about ''bad feelings'' or cold spots, especially after 5:30PM. It increasingly started to seem like a race to get out of the office before 5:15PM for everyone, including me.
Soon we grew in staff and clients and needed more space, so we expanded our business by moving to double offices a few doors down in the same office building. Things seemed to calm down and everyone had a renewed hope and feeling of positivity and harmony. This all changed within a few months when I started to go through a ''battle'' with the agency director, who was creating a very negative attitude and environment in our ''sacred'' space and in my own personality. As I became more negative, this ''entity'' became stronger, and started to take over me and, now looking back now, was feeding on this negativity. I became obsessed with being at the office all the time, especially late hours, weekends. I literally became fixated on nothing but working, but never seemed to get anything done when I was there. Finally, the negativity and conflict with my director had built up so bad, that one day I exploded and began to unravel.
I resigned my position and gave my notice, even though I loved my clients, my job, and my staff. Because I was so blinded by anger and resentment towards my supervisor, I didn't realize I had just rang the dinner bell for this entity to take in all of the energy it needed to make a move and ''he'' became attached to me. I took him home with me, and he almost wrecked my family apart. My husband is also a sensitive, and noticed right away that, as he states now, a black shadow came into our lives and hovered in every corner of our home.
