I live right outside Plant City in Pinecrest. In 2010 I was hanging out with my friends, and we had a creepy itch to fill, if you will, and decided to go to this cemetery off 39 and James Madison Road (I think it is). There's a bridge over there named Lilly Bridge, and it is supposedly haunted but not a part of this story. Anyway we went to the cemetery, which my friends said a lot of their family members were buried in. It was kind of creepy but no ghost sightings.
Then after we all left and went our separate ways, I had an eerie sensation come over me. It was the feeling that I was not alone. It just felt as if someone was in the passenger seat next to me in my truck. This feeling wouldn't go away even after sleeping it off and going on with life for about a week or so, and I was still feeling this presence. Then one night I was at a friend's apartment off of Providence in the Brandon area. I felt this overwhelming need to just leave, like there was this dark presence, and it was weird. I remember looking at my friend and his roommate at that moment, and they were smiling, but it's like it wasn't them smiling at me. It freaked me out needless to say, so I told them I had to go and left quickly.

As I was walking down the stairs to the parking lot, I noticed that a cat in the corner of my eye. I looked and realized that the cat was missing one eye, and its back was kind of hunched as cats do, but the weirdest part was the cat seemed to be stalking me. You know, like a normal stray cat isn't going be stalking you right? All I know is by this point I was kind of freaking out, so I hurried to my car. I jumped in. The drive home was uneventful, just me trying to figure out what just happened. I got home, and it was about 10 or 11 at night. I was already creeped out, and it was very dark, so I slowly walked towards the house when I saw my dog. Let me just say that my dog is not a mean dog. She doesn't bark at people and definitely doesn't bite. She's really big black lab baby.

So I saw my normally very friendly dog and felt relieved feeling a little more secure, I suppose. However, when I leaned over the fence to pet her she began to bark and growl and snap at my hand. It was like she sensed this presence I had apparently acquired. To be honest, I'm not sure if this presence has ever left me. I've never had another encounter like this since, except one night actually recently. I went outside to my car one night, and I could have sworn I saw that one-eyed cat on my street, and the reason I say I might have is simply because I did not stick around long enough to confirm this, lol. This maybe not the most exciting story but still gives me chills to this day.

This happened in the early 90s on HWY 574, now Martin Luther king Boulevard, me and my cousin were going out too Ybor for the evening. As we were driving toward Tampa came this car behind us full speed, like right on his bumper. My cousin stepped on it for he had a very fast sports car, but it was like we were going in slow motion. Now the car turned his high beams on. I mean it was the most bright beams I have ever encountered.
