I was down at the beach just going for a relaxing walk when I saw a shadow move across the sand at slow speed. At first I thought it was an airplane or helicopter but there was nothing in the sky between me and the sun but the shadow was still there.
I was standing there looking at the sand and the sky trying to figure out what the shadow could be. Then suddenly a woman appeared and looked at me and said ''don't worry'' and then she disappeared and

so did the shadow.
I was very confused and I didn't know what she meant. I still have no clue what happened that day.
