Reflection during the afternoon in a window behind my husband's birthday picture in our sunroom. To me it looks like an alien with below it or overlapping it a horse! I live in a house that I had built in 2004, it was completed in 2006 and we moved in. Before we were able to move any furniture into a back bedroom it started. The AC was on so all the sliders and windows were closed and locked, I also had the door closed to that bedroom. I went inside the bedroom that was still empty after a couple of days and it was filled with love bugs. Most were dead already and the ones that were alive were almost dead. When I say filled with love bugs I mean thousands of them covering the floor. I got the shop-vac and got them all swept up, I searched the room and couldn't find where they came in from. I checked the walk in closet and there were no love bugs in it. I left the room and closed the door behind me.

The next day I went to check the room and it again was filled with dead and almost dead love bugs. I again got the shop-vac and cleaned them all up. I searched the room again and found no way for them to have gotten in. I left the room and closed the door behind me, I was pretty angry and was going to call the builder the next day thinking something was wrong with the construction of my new home. Since it was after hours I would have to wait till the next day to call. On day 3 I went into the room and it was still clean, no love bugs. I was pleased and didn't bother calling my builder.
Nothing much happened after that for a while and then the closet light would start turning on. This was a guest room and was not used. This would happen a few times a month and I started getting used to just turning the light off and closing the bedroom door behind me.
Then one night I was woken up by a smell that all I can explain smelled like road kill and sulphur. It was so strong it woke me out of my sleep and burned my nose and throat. I was afraid to open my eyes and had to hold my breath. This happened a few times before I told some friends about it... They told me I would have to tell it to go away. After another two times of this smell I finally got up the nerve to tell it to go away because you are not welcomed in my house. This has been about 4 years ago now and I have not smelled it since. I still have the closet light turning on in the guest room.
