Also my hair stands up on my head as if electricity was passing through it at first I thought it was the spirit of my passed friend ben trying to help me astral project. I would begin hovering in a meditative state and he would grab onto part of my light body and begin spinning as hard as he could.
As soon as I saw that my floating turned into intense swinging while floating in the proper direction of the force. I do not know if this is a good spirit

or bad spirit that may be taking a form he knows I would be succeptible to or not.
This is all so new to me I am trying to find if there is a true

connection between random muscle spasms and visits of the paranormal nature.

Comment by Livy: No! Please whatever you do, do not listen to that spirit!! That is not your friend, it's a demon in disguise. When someone astral projects the body becomes empty and if you travel too far it becomes vulnerable and demons will try to enter in order to walk in our world.
My advise to you is find a demonologist, have them perform an exorcism on your house before it's too late!.
