I lived in Rotonda on Boundary Boulevard for 7 years. We definitely had a ghost type in our apartment. Doors open and close. Lamps lightning up when there was no bulb in place. Our front door always opened and unlocked during the night.
We were never scared. I heard we lived on an old Indian burial ground. After 2 years the ghostly encounter was gone and then my neighbor had sighting in her house across the parking lot in the same complex.

Comment by Wayne: I'm a little confused as according to property records, that property was built on in 2019, and you lived there for 7 years. Or are you saying you have lived on Boundry Boulevard for 7 years at various locations. I do know that in the 1980s and early 90s many reports of satanic crap went on in the center of Rotonda. I have lived in this area since 1992, and many places in the area are very creepy feeling, including the house my family lived in in the gardens of Gulf Cove being haunted by the original owner who committed suicide in the dining room.

Comment by Christopher: I think the house numbers are not accurate. The description of property leads me to think that it's the older brown colored 3-unit building on canal side in the 200 block.
