My ex was a student at Ringling school of art back in the late 70's. She spent two of her three years in the girls dorm in the old building. It was really rough back then. No ac. No elevator. But anyway, all the girls were aware of and scared of the ghost on the third floor.
It was supposed to be the ghost of a girl who got pregnant and hanged herself in the stairway that goes up to the roof. She was seen hanging in the stairwell by many many girls. Some of the students swore they saw her ghost, swollen and pregnant, walking the halls crying and sobbing.
