She too agreed that it couldn't have been dad because this figure always walked into our parents' bedroom with a lit cigarette and didn't come back out.
After dad had passed away in 1980 mom sold the house, and we moved back to Tennessee. I asked her if dad got up every

night and smoked. She said that she was never aware of dad ever getting up at night, but no way would he enter the bedroom with a lit cigarette.

told me about an imaginary friend that I had when I was little. I told her his name was Chester and that he lived in her closet. I would sit on the end of their bed and talk to Chester for long periods of time. I was sure that Chester was real, but they just assumed that I had heard that name on TV. Now I wonder. Strange things happened in that house. Could Chester have been a spirit? Could it have been him I saw walking around every night? I guess I'll
