There's this pond on the south side at the end of Hidden Oaks Lane. Someone hid a murdered body there in the 1990s. When they found it it was too decomposed to identify but there was a bullet hole in the front of the skull so it was pretty obvious that it was murder.
There have been sightings of a ghost at the pond. Not sure if the two are related but it's not farfetched. The ghost is an apparition of a man that shows up at the edge of the water then

disappears.
