Had an experience at Florida Park in Valparaiso. Just hang out on the dock, you might just see what I mean.

I used to live in a house close to EAFB on Bayshore Drive. It's close to Lincoln park. Now the house was across the street from a body of water.. Forgot what the name was. Anyway, back in my early preteen years my mom, me, and my little brother at the time had moved into this house after a lot of fights with my dad. The day we went to check it out I remember saying that it looked a little creepy. I remember meeting the daughters of the people who lived there, who were packing quickly. The house was big and to me that meant more space since I had never had my own room at that time.

It took a week or so to completely move things in, and then during the move in process, I have to say that I was nervous. I don't know if it was the house at that point or the fact that we had left my grandma's house. But whatever my reason was, it would become valid soon.
This house had three bedrooms; the one I picked and ended up in was the one that was at the end of the hall. I remember how excited I was at first. I spent the whole day fixing it up and decorating it.
And then the sun went down and my new room started to feel a little unnerving.
I tried to shake off the new house nerves and settle into my bed. I spent my first night getting up and down. The house was kind of cold, even in summer which is when we moved into it.
