group of men were nowhere to be found. I don't know how they were able to exit the area that quickly. In hindsight I remember how they seemed to be in their own world and unaware how close we were. I also kept remembering how the whole car party couldn't see them. The whole thing was odd. Submitted by ParkWendy

In may of 2005 my wife and I drove down from Athens to go visit Andersonville. We took our dog Bella who was six months old at the time. It was a very pretty place and we walked around almost the entire area; however when we walked down to the creek Bella refused to walk any further.

She didn't growl or bark but she refused to walk near the creek. It was like there was an imaginary line that ran parallel along the creek because she would walk about five feet away from it but would never cross that imaginary barrier. There was something about the creek she didn't like. I don't really believe in ghost and didn't think about it at the time. But if there is such things as ghost there is definitely something down there by that creek. Submitted by Mccarthy
