I live in Chatsworth, GA. I rent an old house here which I have resided in for almost four years. During the first five months here, even before we finished unpacking our things, we experienced several strange episodes. Nothing that would lead us to believe we had evil spirits - just restless ones. Noise makers and jokers I'd call them, but suddenly, out of nowhere it all just stopped. I have stories to tell about this house and would happily do so. But alas' I like my home and I don't want to give it a reputation as a haunted house. Whenever we, myself and wife and kids and dogs, leave here - we want it to be lived in again by others who aren't of the mind that it is or was or will be a haunted house. Thank you.

Comment by J.D.M.: Hello. I posted the previous story. I moved out of the house in may. It is now for rent. I recently contacted the Murray County Paranormal Investigation experts and will be meeting them very soon. I will tell them where exactly the house is located and explain what experiences I and my family had while living in that house in Chatsworth.
I know nothing of the house's past and never inquired any detail from neighbors previous tenants nor the landlord whom I rented it from. All I know is from day one we experienced strange going-ons which lasted five months and then simply stopped.
No reason why as far as we are concerned. But it was a nice house and we certainly enjoyed living in it. It was our home. My wife and I separated and went our separate ways. Otherwise we might still be living there today.
Now it is once again available for rent. I wonder if- now that it has sat empty for five months.. If the ghosts or spirits that were there when we first made it our home have re-occupied it? Maybe someone soon will find out.

Comment by J: I used to rent on Brushtown Road and that house had demons and a ghost of a farmer. Boy, do I have stories from that house. It was truly a haunted house.

My grandmother has lived in her house for as long as I can remember, when I was a kid I had a paranormal experience in her house in Chatsworth, GA. I had walked in to her bedroom to get something and as I grabbed the door something grabbed my hand and he was in all black.
I ran out screaming and till this day I want to find out what is going on here.. If anyone can tell me email me leslieodell0803 @yahoo. com.
