I have lived in the Empire part of Cochran for about a year now, and I believe in ghosts. I couldn't sleep one night, so I went outside for a smoke. About half way through the smoke I saw an old man walking around the block. He walked around the block about five times. By the fifth time I got curious and asked him if he was OK and if he needed any help. He looked right at me smiled and just disappeared right in front of me. I have seen the same man walking

around the block, but I never bother to engage him any further.

I was going home with my mom and I was recording going home on my phone. It was night. I got home and I watched the video over and I saw this blue/white blob on the hood of the car n then it just disappeared. It wasn't my phones glare because the light didn't work. I looked closer and I saw a face.

I was walking in my neighborhood at noght and I saw a red light only one I thought it was a red flower than it moved past our creek, and it had a figure and it was translucent so I could see through it was running across the road and then it disappeared
