I live in Belfaire Trace Subdivision in Dacula, GA. My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood for fifteen years. We have had paranormal experiences in our home from the very beginning. I was afraid at first, but over the years I have just learned to live with it. The first thing that started happening was I would see dark shadows upon waking, as if it was hovering beside the bed. When I would try to focus on it, it would disappear. My husband tried

to convince me it was the shadow of our bathroom door beside our bed. I wanted to believe that. The last thing I wanted was for our house to be haunted.

However, it doesn't matter which way I'm facing, whether it's toward the bathroom door or the opposite direction, I still see them.
Sometimes months will go by, and nothing will happen. Then I may see them two or three nights in a row. At first I wouldn't stay in the house by myself overnight when my husband would go out of town. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be dangerous, so I do stay here alone occasionally. I do feel uneasy when I have to.
