Well I live in Sneedville Tennessee. And we bought this house that we still live in 26 years ago. We noticed crosses painted above each and every doorway, I thought that was strange but after a while kind of figured out why.

I was awaked one night by the bed going down on one side of it as if my young daughter at that time was always climbing into bed with us so as I raised to help her in the bed I was looking into the eye's of a very dirty rotten little girl.

I was so scared that I threw myself back down and then my husband was awakened by a foul smell and he awoke he saw a very tall figure of a man with a trench coat and was breathing heavy, was dirty and he could not move....
Our children have experienced a lot of these encounters and the were never pleasant... One being hit, another by something rising up from the floor... And another when my son was younger he kept seeing this man and he would tell him to leave his shoes alone and I questioned him about this and he showed me the expression he had on his face and that he went away. When I asked where he went he then took me to the wall in the family room and said he went in there...
He was actually sitting at the table eating when he started just talking and as I turned I asked who are you talking to? And he said that man. And I said what man there is no one here but me and you and while I was still talking he looks toward the bottom of the stair case where his shoes always sit and said ''No man I said no . You cannot have my shoes''
