My grandma's papa Sammy passed away a year ago. I was at my grandma's one night and an alarm clock went off at one o'clock in the morning. We could not find the clock, and about 2 weeks later the clock went off again. Then on September 8th, 2019 we found the clock under the dresser.

St. Andrew's cemetery in Darien is very old and home to a ghostly bagpipe player who has been seen and heard by dozens of people over many years including myself. My grandmother used to live in the neighborhood around Ashantilly Plantation and said the piper would play late at night in the late summer to mid autumn and especially late October. Some pictures of him exist as well. He is never said to be frightening but only plays a while and disappears.

St. Andrews Cemetery is without a doubt haunted! Darien, GA is extremely rich in history, so just looking at the town you know there are some haunted places for sure, but I have personal experience with St. Andrews that I do not like to discuss with many people to this day. I was very skeptical about ghosts or the supernatural until one night. As a teenager with friends we decided to visit the cemetery.
It is local legend that a certain angel statue located in the cemetery is actually evil. It is also believed to be the main cause of all of the activities that have been reported, including causing your vehicle to shut off and not restart as a way to trap you there. I kid you not. This is exactly what happened to a friend's new vehicle. Each person there saw shadows running back and forth through the cemetery as if they were teasing us. I know this was real. I am not the only one who knows this was real. Also, the friends that were with me that night we do not speak at all. It's been over 20 years.
