I know there are some very creepy things in and around Ellabell, and I know about that cemetery and big oak tree too. Some places just seem to attract ghosts. I do not know if that big oak is responsible for taking anybody's life though. I guess that it is possible, however.

Comment by Gabby: I don't know where to find it. We went down old highway 204, and there was nothing but a dead end road.

Comment by Roger: They took the curves out of the main road years ago. There's a church on the left of the graveyard. The old road in front of the church goes back to home and graveyard. A creek runs in front of the home, but it is 50 feet down to it with old brick or concrete steps. Very spooky place.

There is an old house behind a church on old abandoned Highway 204. The house has some serious evil. Anyone that grew up in this area knows about it, which is why it surprises me that it is not on this site. There just before you get to the house there is a graveyard with a huge oak tree. Rumor is that the tree took many lives with reckless drivers going around the bend in the road too fast, and families would bury their loved ones right under the tree.
The house, however, has its own evil. As soon as you get in front of the gate, the hair on the back of your neck stands up. It could be a warm summer night, and it would instantly turn to ice. The house is very old, but at night the house is more than alive. The lights in bedrooms flicker on and off. Footsteps can be heard including moans and groans, barking from a dog that's not there. There are also vehicles running up and down the old abandoned road with dimmed headlights.
