We moved into McGraw Village in May 2013. And every since we moved into the house we live in we have had strange occurrences. From the very first night we stayed here doors have open and closed on there own. Lights turn themselves on and off. My washer has turned itself on a few times even though it will be on control lock.

After the schools started this year ( Aug 2013 ) it was just me and my youngest daughter who is 4 at home during the day. Well, after I take the youngest to school I would come home to clean and I always start upstairs at the far end of the hallway where my youngest two sons' room is. Well, this particular morning the house just felt wrong. Stranger then usual. I dusted the boys room and made their beds and vacuumed. And I was vacuuming backwards out of the room so I could do the hallway as I went. I clicked off the light and shut the door I continued to vacuum the hallway and went on my oldest daughters room next, all I had to do to her room is vacuum because she's 15 and knows to make her bed and clean her room before she leaves for school.

As I made my way out of her room I look down the hall and my sons room door was open and the lights were on, not just the room light but their bedside table lamp, the walk in closet light, and the bedroom light. So, I shut them all off, close the door and got down the hallway to the bathroom to clean the bathroom. The whole time I am thinking I must have just forgotten to turn the boys light off and close the door.
When I come out of the bathroom I looked back at the boys rooms and their door was still shut but my oldest daughters door was open and the light was on. So, I turn it off and shut the door. I go into my room to see if my daughter was still in there watching The Octonauts. But, She had fallen asleep watching her show. So, I was like yikes. I go into the last room on that side of the hallway which happens to be my youngest daughter and my middle daughter's room. I do the dusting, make their beds, put their books away, and vacuum. I come out of the room and every single light is on in every room and the hallway.
So, needless to I grab my daughter and went downstairs. When my husband go home for lunch I told him what had happened and he kind of laughed at me. But, we have also been married 20 years so he knows I am not crazy. So, he went upstairs to look around and every single light was off and every door was closed including mine. Which I surely didn't close when I grabbed my daughter and ran out of it. So, we are downstairs talking about all of the weird things that's happened since we moved in which by this point is less then three months ago. Like our youngest and middle daughters door will not stay closed no matter if you make sure you pull it closed and make sure it catches.
