My daughter lives there now.. Fort Benning. I brought my granddaughter there with me and she was constantly throwing up. No one else was sick. Anyway I used sage. Seagrass sage smudge stick and burned it and prayed out loud.
It calmed the spirits. I suggest to do the saging every two weeks. Please just try it. Also holy water. I saw and heard things while staying. I still am in shock over the activity there.

Comment by Lynn: When I grew up we lived on Wickersham, we had a house on base. Things would disappear and reappear in weird places. My dad and mom would say you kids but it was not us Mt mom heard footsteps coming upstairs but no one there, this was 1974 through 1977. I hope whoever lives there now is OK.

Comment by anonymous: We lived at Fort Benning from 1975 'til 1977 we had stuff happen too. We lived in the house that had a maids room in the basement, weird stuff, footsteps would come upstairs and doors would open for no reason. If you ever lived on Wikersham Ave you know what I mean.
Comment by anonymous: Your story is the most talked about in Fort Benning... And I believe every word... You said. It is crazy but until you experience it you can't understand. I just saged my daughter's house again.. And opened doors this time..
So spirits can go outside.. Well the doors started slamming. And I just was like - what just happened.. I still can't believe it slammed the doors. I just think all the history with the different wars and people that lived there.
So much sadness and death with soldiers dying now and in the 1940s, energy sometimes stays.. It is so true what every person said on this site. My daughter husband has another year there.. So the story isn't over..
I feel bad for the next families that move in.
